Embroidery: The Process
Step 1
Design Consultation:
The process begins with a consultation where our team collaborates with you to create a custom embroidery design. We use advanced software to convert your artwork into a digital format that maps out the stitching, ensuring clarity and detail in the final product.
Step 2
Digitization:
Once the design is finalised, it undergoes digitisation, a crucial step where we convert the artwork into a stitch file. This file instructs the embroidery machine on how to replicate the design, including stitch types, colours, and placement, ensuring high-quality results.
Step 3
Material/Garnment Selection:
You can choose from a wide range of fabric options, including cotton, fleece, polyester, and denim. Our experts can guide you in selecting the best material to complement your design and ensure durability.
Step 4
Hooping:
The fabric is then hooped, which secures it tightly in place, preventing movement during the embroidery process. Proper hooping is essential for achieving precise and consistent stitching.
Step 5
Embroidery:
Using Tajima embroidery machines, we start stitching the design onto the fabric. Our machines operate with precision, layering thread to create vibrant, textured designs that enhance the garment's overall appearance.
Step 6
Trimming and Finishing:
After the embroidery is complete, the excess threads and any stabilizing materials are carefully trimmed away.
Step 7
Final Quality Check:
Our team inspects each garment for quality, ensuring that every stitch meets our high standards.
