Polyester
Durable, wrinkle-resistant, moisture wicking, and perfect for vibrant prints. Ideal for sport shirts, athletic wear, uniforms, and high-performance apparel. Used specifically for Sublimation Printing and all over print styles.
What we keep
The standards you would expect, plus some speciality options: super light and breathable for hot work, tighter heavier knits for a more premium feel, and spandex blends with a true four-way stretch for activewear.
Tell us what the garment is for and we will put it in the right fabric — that is a quicker conversation than a spec sheet, and you end up with the better shirt. Message us and we can send samples.
Cotton
Soft, breathable, and skin-friendly. Best for casual wear, everyday comfort, fashion, and garments that prioritise natural feel and sustainability. Used specifically for Screen Printing, DTF and Embroidery.
What we keep
100% USA cotton, CM20, kept in black and white as standard — with no minimum order on either. Always in stock, so a single shirt is as welcome as a hundred.
Other colours and weights are available to special order. Those do carry a minimum, because we bring them in for the job — tell us what you need and we will quote it.
