Step 1

Design Creation:

The journey begins with our talented graphic designers collaborating with you to create a unique and visually appealing design. Using advanced design software, we ensure that your artwork is perfectly optimized for sublimation printing, focusing on colors and dimensions that pop. 

Step 2

Printing:

Once the design is finalized, we use state-of-the-art dye-sublimation printers to print your artwork onto special transfer paper with high-quality sublimation inks. This process allows for a wide color spectrum and intricate details, ensuring an eye-catching result. 

Step 3

Heat Transfer:

The printed transfer paper is then carefully aligned with the polyester fabric of the t-shirt. Using a heat press, we apply heat and pressure, causing the dyes to turn into gas and bond with the fibers of the fabric. This results in a vibrant, long-lasting print that becomes part of the material itself. 

Step 4

Cutting:

After the sublimation process, the fabric is precisely cut into t-shirt shapes using a camera driven CNC laser. This step ensures that all pieces are uniform and ready for assembly, maintaining a high standard of quality.

Step 5

Sewing:

Our skilled seamstresses sew the cut pieces together, creating a finished t-shirt that not only looks great but also feels comfortable to wear. We pay close attention to details, ensuring that every seam is strong and that the final product exceeds your expectations. 

Step 6

Quality Control

Finally, our QC team checks over every aspect of the product to ensure it up to our high standards. They then prep and pack the product for final delivery.
